Saw it sunday. Heard the tow vehicle left the scene. Can't verify that though. I have been curious as to what really happened.

Could have been stolen and the thief kept going after it came unhitched? I am sure somebody is missing it.

Totally possible. When my boat was stolen they never engaged the tongue, just lowered it on to the ball. My coupling lock was still on it when it was recovered.

Was attending a social distance cookout at No Fish Masterson's crib when this beast came by on the tow truck. We yelled at the driver to stop so we could claim it but he wasn't having any of it.
