Put in at the lighthouse. Water was stained and temps are around 88 degrees with floating grass. We managed to pick up three reds, 30”, 22” and 17” along with a couple slot trout and plenty of shorts. Gold spoons were used.
The rest of the family met us at the landing for scalloping around noon. We had our limit within 4 hours. Scalloping seem to be thinning out along with the boats. However, they are some big and healthy ones. 10 gallons gave us a one gallon bag.
Thanks for the report. It was busy yesterday. We got there about 6:20 to an empty ramp and before we launched 6-7 boats showed up. The lot wasn’t as full as last week, but someone was happy to get our spot at 12:30.

I don’t put in at the lighthouse much. Has the gate always been closed prior to 5:55am? Past two weeks I’ve had to wait for 10-15 minutes
