Using tomorrow as an example:
St Marks River Entrance:
- low tide is -0.8' at 9:45am
- high tide is 2.8' at 4:06pm
Tidal creeks prob +30mins, later the further back you are. Really depends on the winds and moon phases in winter

Keep in mind that those times and numbers are "predictions", your mileage may vary.

Re: Tide east of lighthouse
If your asking if the tide would be lower earlier in the day at the St. Marks say compared to Rock Island the answer is no. Low tide will happen quicker east of the St. Marks. Example low tide at RK Island is 9:49am and Aucilla river entrance is 10:42am.

This is the tide site that I have been using for years. You can select different stations all along the coast. As others have pointed out, however, wind will be a big factor during the winter months. There are days on a strong north wind when the tide never really does come back in. Or places like the Lighthouse ramp or Aucilla are impossible to launch or recover from for hours due to lack of water on extreme negative lows. I have poled out the channel of the Lanark Yacht Club basin several times in past winters when the wind was northerly.

I too have used the tides4fishing app. We all have our opinions about NOAA, but this seems to be more accurate the majority of the time https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/noaat ... id=8728130
