I'm going out on the flats tomorrow. I've already decided I'm gonna skin & eat every puffer I catch.

I caught some trout, no puffers aka rabbitfish. I think they heard I was coming with extreme prejudice...
Lots of youtubes of people peeling the skin off to create fried puffer "wings" (bone-in, tail attached), but here's one where the guy is being pretty careful on a good-sized smooth puffer
