Lanark Report - 8/20

Post by EddieJoe »

Buddy Cap. Dean and I left the dock just at sunrise. Netted some nice pilchards, and sabikied a few threads and some runners at the buoy. Weather conditions were about perfect, variable wind at 5k, seas 1 foot, no storms.
Fished 60, 50, and 45 foot holes. Fishing slow, but we finally iced four reds and two gags, no big ones. Had big, skyrocketing kings (at 50 foot) on 4 times, but they tail cut us. Can't figure, because used wire. They got the blood pumping, though. Dean caught 5, I caught one. He must have the hex on me!

Nice day. Beats work anytime.
