I figure with the weather, there won't be much of a tourney this weekend,
but I don't have any info on fishing Mashes Sands. Where, how that kind of stuff. Thanks for any info.
Mashes Sands ?

This is such a daunting question! I am going to start the answer with a picture.

I got it by linking off the Forum homepage.
Mashes Sand is on the point just east of the "Y" in the word "Bay," part of "Ochlockonee Bay." Heading south from Tallahassee, you would turn left at the BP station at the bridge over the bay.
Maybe some of you other "cork slingers" can chime in here. Or you could try to search the forum. Click on "search" up top, and search for "mashes."

RX, the targeted species for the tournament are Spanish Mack, King Mack, and the bonus fiah is Speckled Trout.
If you want to fish for Kings, head southeast, ...........a while.
If you want to fish for Spanish, Go about a mile out the mouth of the river.
If you want to fish for trout, start at the mouth of the river. Both north and south of the river are good. It's not very far north to Piney Island. It isn't that far south to Mud Cove.

What was I supposed to do today?
