The time Tuesday was 1500 hours. Low tide was @1300 hours and was a 0.0. I think the river looked full because of all the water out in the woods. That's why the river and the flats are so very dark.
It was kinda hard trying to retreive...there was some water...but not much.

Just in case anybody did not notice Fisherman99's report, he did not mention me. That is because they made me go to work so they COULD catch some fish. They knew if I went, it would all be over.
I don't think I would be enclined to take a hike along the river bank after hearing DixeReb and Fisherman99 talk about the big GATOR they saw in the river. :smt100
DixieReb did let me in on some action at our pond the next day. My biggest catch was 6 pounds. :-D . He waits for me to be at work or gone to another state to catch these golly whoppers. But it's sure fun to see his face all aglow like a kid on Christmas morning. :smt114 :smt058
I'd rather have a bad day on the water than a good day at work!!
