Lousiana Sheepshead

Post by pennfish »

Took the family to LA for a visit with the outlaws with boat in tow, sat the guys and I hit the secret hole about 9am by 1pm we had the 192 qt fish box 3/4 full only keepin big ones. Gave a five gal bucket full away at the ramp to some real nice folks. Sunday was kids day , 4 total, my daughter Rachel was queen of the big fish , two sheeps pushin hard on 6 lbs ea. and one black drum at 8 lbs. The kids put every one in the box that day and we had a blast. I cleaned about 100 fish and made alot of folks happy, especially with bags of fillets :lick:

WOW! Sounds awesome. Wanna share the details?
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

If y'all got 100 sheepies on shrimp, y'all done real good! Them critters can be very hard to catch most of the time.
