This is pretty much the fish stew recipe I previously posted except I added shellfish

After 15 or 20 minutes add to the roux.

A little stock, white wine, Grouper, Shrimp, Crab, and Muscles..

Serve with a little parmesan, and homemade croutons.

For the Croutons I used a potato bread, cut off crust, olive oil, garlic powder, and italian seasoning. Arange on cookie sheet bake @ 350, turn over when brown and brown otherside, done.
