It was FOGGY to start the day :o played with the Trout till it burned of at 7:20, ran out 12 miles to my first stop "under 20 minutes" and started trolling, first fish in the boat at 8:00 :-D "a short" trolled there for a few and then trolled out to 50 foot, had a few hits but no hookups, trolled back to where I started and just ran up and down the ledge :o between 10:30 and 12:30 caught around 15 Grouper :a keeper gag and red" and at least that many lost "a double hookup almost every time" Wish the nephew had been able ta go today, didn't want to risk taking anyone else on the first offshore trip :-D

There's a lot to be said for the peacefulness of fishing by ones self Q  though it's also nice to have companionship from time to time
