Left the ramp at 9:30 and headed out and tried trolling in 35 ft. Picked up one short gag. Decided to head out deeper since it was so nice out. Ended up around O Tower on some good looking bottom. Anchored up and the snapper started hitting right away. Caught around 40 but only 2 keepers and about 20 a half inch too short. Picked up a couple short grouper. Bait was LY's and Spanish Sardines and they seemed to prefer the tails. Water temp was 69. Stayed on the one spot until we left at 3:30 with the fish still biting.
