Shell Point/Oyster Bay 5-4-5
A buddy of mine bought a house at Shell point. He called and asked if I would show him some in close fishing holes he could hit in the evenings. We took his 14' Carolina Skiff out of Oyster Bay and proceeded to hit 7 nearby holes. We made 15-20 cast on each hole and after he marked his GPS we moved on to the next spot. In every place we caught fish. We kept 5 trout from 18-21",and 1 Mack @ 14". Lost 1 red that would have been way to large to keep.

JT,
I too recently purchased a house at Shell Point, and um...I would like you to show me those spots that um...I could go right out and limit on trout, and hook some oversized reds, as well as the occassional mack.
In return you can stay at my "house" any time you desire, heck you can have your own key.
I'll show you the place as soon as we mark those holes, and head back to town.
Do we have a deal???

"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".

DANG - I'm the one with the new hooks AND I got in line first! With the hole in my head I need someone as auspicious, elustious, and wise as JT's help to catch any fish... He's a grand guy, worthy of most any honor we could bestow on him..
What time and where Steve?
