Amanda said she wanted to go the 'other' way for a change and so we went West. Dead still and the knats must have followed us. Started in 4' and followed a foam line a while till the tide started moving. First fish at 10:15 on CT with green with pink belly SWA (give away from the bash) on 24" drop. Caught lots of shorts, 3 DS and 7 keeper trout to 18".
Basically made 5 NNW drifts over same water with 2 other boats in the area. Lots of boats further West and in alot further (not to mention the multitude to the East). Had a good day out, motor worked good, caught fish. One interesting thing after we got bored with the shorts, I put a dark purple lizard that you'd use with a Carolina rig on under the CT and the fish loved it - go figure...
Never seen so many trailers at the LH before. Also saw a brand new G3 I think was as wide as my boat is long
