the Greenbone, fishing the all day rising tide. Worked the oyster bars
hard looking for trout or redfish, got nothing but cats, puffer fish and
rays. Decided even though the wind was busting through, the bay didn't look to bad.
We headed out around shell point and strangely, it was only 1-2's.
We drifted and Don picked up a nice 22" trout.

Made another pass and Don again comes up with the fish, this is not like him usually he lets me catch and he plays capt. This time a nice COBIA.
in 2 feet of water.

He finally lets me catch a keeper a nice 20" on a plug
Wind really starts to whip up as you can see by Eerman's trout windsock.

Bite was slow but pretty steady on the flats, caught quite a few shorts
but not one shark, Had fun catching trout on a gold spoon, we threw everything at them, one odd thing, Friday they loved pinfish, not one taker
on Saturday. That's fishing.
Great day to be on the water with friends, that Greenbone is a sweet sweet ride, got her to 50 MPH on my GPS.
