I have been doing fairly well on spinner baits late in the day. You can put that boat in at Millers Landing with no problem.
Nothing makes a fish bigger than almost being caught.

Really?? Do you have a Tilt trailer? Or has the lake just come up that much recently?
I tried to launch my 15' in there about a month or so ago and never even got the bunks wet before I had the Jeep waay back in the water.
I would imagine you wouldn't have a problem putting in off of 27.
A friend of mine has fished in there recently and had the best luck with the good 'ole black plastic worm.

Still got to come back pretty far back to get the boat to float off.
