Just checked with FWC. They verified that the launching ramp at the Fort (Saint Marks) is open and operational in case any of you want to head out from there.
However, the road to the lighthouse is still closed and it sounds like there is considerable debris and clean up that hasn't even begun. They indicated that damage assessment was still going on and the clean up would not begin until that had been completed. No estimate on when the launching area might be accessible.
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".
