Bottom Fishing with Braid

With an eggsinker on top of the swivel I have a problem with my mono leader tangling with the braid on the way down, most times. I've tried letting it down slower but no difference.
Thinking of going to a 3 way swivel with the sinker on bottom, leading the way.
Any thoughts?

I had the same problem the other day...I was thinking about making my leader with 80-100 lb for the first foot or so and then dropping down to 40-50 lb to the hook...Also stop half way down and give it a snatch that seems to help sometimes
