Took the wife today hoping to let her catch trout while I kept her baitwell full of pinfish. Launched from the lighthouse around 9:00 a.m. Ran west over to Live Oak Is. , Same place as yesterday. She caught 3, 19"ers right away, then nothing but sail cats and sharks. Around 12:30 decided to check a few redfish spots, but I could tell the water level and current was not right yet. Had to leave by 2:00, so we called it a day. Sweltering hot today, but can't wait til next time.
