Wakulla Beach 8/20

Went out in the Gheenoo at Wakulla beach with Woodburn, got there around 7:00, it was brutal hot from the get go. Tons of horse flys and no breeze. Caught a few short trout of the bat than it was just catfish and sharks the rest of the morning. Paddled up one of the little tidal creeks in about a foot of water and had a bunch of 2 to 3 foot bonnet head sharks check us out, very cool having them come up so close but they would not touch anything we threw at them. Stayed way to long, back on the trailer at 1:00

Were is the horizon??

Lots of these guys in the water

Got greeted by this guy when I got home, scared the sh%* out of me

Yeah it was warm - but sure beats sleeping in. Glad ya'll found some fish

Possum in the garbage can, was throwing a bottle away, put my hand in to not break the bottle and it hissed and freaked me out

The fish around Wakulla Beach can be aggrevating at times. Glad you got to go though.

Nice pix! And fun to go out! I think those guys caught all the fish up on Saturday....
