St. Marks River - Newport 10/2
Buddy Chris and I launched at Newport around 2:30 and went upriver straight into a thunderstorm. Got drenched for about 15 minutes and then it cleared up. Fished only above the bridge and brought in 3 bass and two nice little bream. All caught on a floating rapala. Fished for a few hours before cruising around the river.
