Another victory was won by the longliners today. If your a captain you probably know by now but for everyone else planning on a charter trip the normal captain & crew bag limit no longer applies to grouper. This is the just insane. We are getting beat up bad and the worst part is , its like fuel prices going up, its a disease, once it sticks its hard to up-root. This just sucks ! Frank
