WANTED! 23 foot Walk

Post by grouperboy »

I have a 23 foot 1988 Proline Walk with a good Merc 225.

The Proline and Trailer (tragic tilt aluminum) is shot, motor is good. I would like to buy another boat, don't need a motor. Any Ideas?

By the way, a new Proline 23 walk (which is really a 21 footer now) is 29k with trailer, according to Mike Falk. Too rich for my blood. Been looking on Ebay, also Boat trader. I would like something newer than 1993.

Thanks![/img]

I dunno, but certainly less than 29K! Ideally I would like to find a used boat and trailer for less than 10k, but it's hard to find one with a blown powerhead that's worth a s#$%.

Based on all my window shopping of the want ads, you are probably gonna have to buy one with and old motor and change it out. You might an early 90's with an original motor for 15-20k in good shape. JMO.
