Took the wife and kids redfishing today. We launched from the LH around 9:30 and headed east. Way east trying to avoid the other boat traffic, never really suceeded. Finally found an unoccupied spot and soon found a few reds.

Ended up with 5 reds all caught on gold spoons. The wife picked up 2 fat 18" trout on a new penny SWA.

Can't wait til next time.

It probably is. There were at least 7 other boats circling like buzzards to get a try at this spot.

Lets see, the wind was out of the south, southeast, and howling when you headed to the hill. Did you let your wife use your Frog Toggs for the ride in? :-D

It's an Xpress 17' side console. All-welded Alum.

The gobblers are gobbling and the hens are nesting. The season's in full swing.
