Water temp was 76 degrees and the wind was out of the south at 100 mph, all day.
Caught 5 short trout, 1 blue fish, and 1 ladyfish on the rising tide. Could not slip up on a red without spooking them.
About 2:30, I was working a shoreline and saw pod after pod of bait fish coming my way. So, i found an ambush point, ran the bow of the boat on shore, and proceeded to wait.
I landed 4 reds, had several more hit, and broke one off in the next 2 hours. None of the fish I landed were keepers. But I did manage 4 of these.

They were all four almost identically the same size. All were between 30" and 31". All were released healthy, in hopes of giving someone else the same very good day I had.
