have a casting platform custom made. i have a 15' maverick and had one made and added a flip lid with box below to hold the battery. weight forward help (i use a 12v trolling motor).

you find any let me know. i'm going to the gainesville offshore club mtg on tues and see what they do. i live in ft. white and like the horseshoe beach area as well as keaton. just moved up here and it's not like fishing the intercoastal.

the special on the okuma epixors right now makes them a best buy-got 3 and they are smooth.
think i need to take advantage of that sale and buy a "spare" now that you reminded me.

no tach on this skiff. just had the electrical system reworked and i should have had one put on. do you know what the standard prop is?

probably need to go up to a 40 hp motor but want to try changing the prop out first on this 25. 9-7/8 X 9 on the motor presently and the boat is a maverick 15'. prop seems small-any advice appreciated.
