Yamaha sold Cobia to Maverick (which they moved from Panama City to NC) but, still owns Century.

Century is a good line with a good reputation and they do build a nice bay boat.

Yeah, it's going to be tough on a lot of workers, customers and dealers....a real "no win" situation.

Lots of long faces today in Douglas, GA, Marine Manufacturing burned to the ground yesterday afternoon. This is the older plant where they build the Key Largo, Cape Craft and Palm Beach, the Clearwaters are built at a newer facility nearby.
