Forgot to mention in my report that I saw at least 20 deer from my way back from the lighthouse to Hwy. 98. The fish may not have been biting but the wildlife was out last night.

Tide charts showed a negative low tide this evening. I've worked the bar off of the lighthouse in the past on an outgoing tide and have done pretty well ...

I got to the lighthouse around 7:30, and the wind was whipping out of the SW. As I was getting the kayak ready a couple of guys were loading ...

Walker caught a number of other pin fish and had a trout break the line right at the boat ...

The funny thing is that Walker caught three fish. When we got back to the car, he was telling us that he caught six fish. Barry and I agreed it must be something in the fish slime that alters our brains ...
