Thank you veterans for your service to our country!! My son is enlisting in the Army today!

I cooked cube steak last night for fajitas...slice into strips, sear and season with fajita packet.

But, one of my favorites is cooking it like chicken fried steak with gravy and mashed potatoes.

My 15 year old son showed this to me....and we laughed, and laughed!! Really!!

Academy, they carry small aluminum rakes for $19.99.
