As much as I hate it, I must admit its right

I'm no big fan of wallyworld but, 1 Americans spend $36,000,000 at Wal-Mart every hour of every day. 2. This works out to $20,928 profit every minute! 3. Wal-Mart will sell more from January 1 to St. Patrick's Day (March 17th) than Target sells all year. 4. Wal-Mart is bigger than Home Depot + Kroge...

Re: Failed Bank Information

Man, some of you guys are so narrow minded that you just can't see anything other than what you're being fed. just because someone does'nt agree with bbg and his groupies, doesn't make someone a lib. And if youj would take the time to actually look at Wakulla banks balance sheet you would see what I...

Re: Failed Bank Information

I still want BBG to show me the chart that shows how many illegals and welfare people had their beach properties foreclosed on. would also like to see the chart on how any gov. program caused the failure of Wakulla bank(seeing as how that was the original subject, not what bbg has turned it into)

Re: Failed Bank Information

A quik look at the bank in questions property it has taken back show that in Wakulla co. There are 53 properties. Only 3 have ever had a homestead exemption. I feel fairly confident that many local banks have a spread of properties that are about the same.

Re: Failed Bank Information

Quixote, you seriously need to do more homework if you believe that there haven't been tons of loans that defaulted that were given to folks who didn't have the means to cover them, including illegal aliens... you must not remember the Bank of America scandal where they were running commercials tha...

Re: Failed Bank Information

How many illegal aliens /welfare recipients have you run into with condos on the beach? waterfront lots on St. George Isl? Comercial property on Monroe St? Developing a 1200acre gated subdivision between DeFuniak Springs and Ponce De Leon or Bonifay? Land/Commercial loans are different. There is no ...

Re: Failed Bank Information

With all due respect BBG, Obama didn't have anything to do with Wakulla bank going under. Many banks, not just Wakulla wanted in on the "Easy" money from financing developers/developments and would actively search for developments to fund with little or no due delligence done on the viabil...

Re: Lot of views, not many posts

I'm guessing the powers that be here on the site could give you a good run down of just how many unique visitors the site gets in any given period of time and I'm betting many of them are either not of the political persuasion you and some of the others are or they are but just get a little worn out...

Re: Lot of views, not many posts

No offense BBG, you post up trip reports, but I really dont mean the tell all trip report or the how do I catch fish post. The best reports have very little specific info in them. It's in there, tide/time/depth etc.. but it's not the point of the report. I'm talking about the good story and to some ...
