Re: Lowrance - GPS is not Responding - need help

I called Lowrance and they were willing to take $100 off the $362.00. Then I called Garmin and their repair or replace program is about $120. I think I am going to save my pennies and get a Garmin.

Lowrance - GPS is not Responding - need help

I have a Lowrance LMS-520c unit and when I hooked it up the morning of the last fishing tournament, I got the dreaded "GPS module not responding" message. I downloaded the troubleshooting guide from their website and work the flow to the point that the problem is in the unit and it needs to be sent ...

Re: Stolen Tackle

I am sorry for the mishap. I too live in Kilearn Lakes and load my SUV on Friday evening to avoid the early Saturday morning packing. I wonder if that is a bad habbit as well, inviting someone to break windows to get to the tackle.

Re: St. Andrew Bay 7-3-09

I was in East Bay at that time and day as well. This was my first time fishing there. When I visit PC I usually fish in West Bay. I did not have much success, however we did catch a few short trout. I put in at St. Andrews marina and went across to the point just south of the city marina and fished ...

X Walmart shopper

I have been shopping @ Walmart from the majority of my fishing tackle up until Sunday. I did not realize that Kevin's was a sponsor of the NFGFC until Steve Stinson mentioned it. I looked @ 2 Walmat in town for Cajun Thunders and they are not selling them any longer. When I told the story to Steve ...

Re: Hands Helping Anglers - June 13 - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

What a rewarding day. Thanks to Steve Stenson for guiding us. Our two anglers, Calvert and his father-in-law James, had a great time and brought home 4 different species of fish. The prize was a 34" 17 1/2lb cobia. It is always good when you can give back from time to time, much more rewarding than ...
