possible Boat trade
I have a 2003 cobia 174. New color fishfinder/gps, bimini top, saltwater trolling motor, bullet proof 90hp yamaha. The only thing I can think to mention that might be wrong is after I had the carbs rebuilt last spring it act cold natured and it could use a fresh pair of batteries but the old ones ...

Not sure if anybody is interested but I have a Sitex Profish III with the screen burned out. Tranducer is still good and unit powers up, just cant see anything. Is it worth selling and if so make an offer.

slightly off topic
I am thinking about changing boats. I have found a key largo 180 that I like but cant find any reviews on them. Curious if they are good boats? Also it has a Suzuki 115 4-stroke. I would rather have a Yamaha but that isn't an option at this dealer. How do the Suzuki's hold up?

Re: Update on May 10-16 trip
Dubble, We enjoyed meeting you too and I appreciate the location for the reef. We toughed the rough water to check it out this morning. We road the nasty long enough to catch several sharp nose sharks, it wasn't what I came to do but wife and friends had fun.

Update on May 10-16 trip
Got on the water for the first time Sunday. I had a complete boat load of people so I wanted to stay close. Worked the cut area of Alligator bay and managed 2 short reds. Monday ran further west to Lanark Reef area and caught three keeper trout and maybe 6 shorts. Tuesday went to same area and ...

Re: Alligator Point May 10-16
Dubble, I apologize for not contacting you. We found everything just fine and ran to the end of the point and fished the mainland side for a while. Caught two short reds no trout. I may try to push out to dog island tomorrow. Have too many people on the boat right now to leave the bay.

Re: Alligator Point May 10-16
I have never fished west of Ochlocknee bay. Is the reef visible/easy to find? Also, how is the Spanish bite?

Alligator Point May 10-16
Ok I am going to Alligator Point this Saturday to stay for a week. I figure I would ask for any pointers on what is biting and where in the area. I figure all the rains we have been getting have everything a little tricky. Thanks for any advice.

Re: Pinkmouth at Alligator Point
17ft Cobia, shes a small boat and I have been out 7-10 miles but that was a little far for my wife's liking. I will try to look for some bottom. I have caught them at Econfina near the bird racks in 10-12 feet of water. Just curious how hard it would be to find them neat Alligator Point. Thank for ...

Pinkmouth at Alligator Point
I know I am reaching hear but I would like to catch some pinkmouth in May in Alligator Point. I cant run very far out because my boat is too small, so I was wondering if any body has some close to shore numbers for a pinkmouth hole. I promise not to bother your grouper (I don't have the tackle for ...

Re: Croakers in Panacea
Thanks for all advice. 2true, please excuse my typo, yes I meant pins as in pinfish. I have never tried to catch bait but wanted try something different this year. I figured pins would be easy enough to find but had a guide tell me about croakers last year and he swears by them.
Thanks to all ...
