Talquin bream 6/4

Went out to Talquin yesterday after work to scout for some bluegills and redbellys. Had to play dodge storm for an hour or so, then it turned out to be a beautiful evening on the lake. Ended up finding a couple of good sized beds in between some docks and kept almost 2 dozen hand size plus bream and ...

Re: Important Lake Jackson meeting 02/03/15

Please leave all the lakes alone. The grass is good for all fish and aquatic animals as well as the ducks who nibble. For evidence of how to destroy wildlife habitat just simply go to Central Florida where they spray constantly, the lakes become barren deserts in no time.

Re: Beware pre 2006 G3's

Had the same issue on my 2006 18' Xpress. Ate the bottom of the boat on one side where it sat on the bunk. Did however take several months for them to figure how to patch the holes properly, that was no bueno at all... Got the rubber bunk mats/ lifters from Jacks, screwed them on top of the bunk and ...

Re: BOLO- A crook is back in Tallahassee

Posted to another thread on accident, but an FYI to all Tallahassee folks, we just had to run David Gibbs off of Brookwood Dr and called the law on him. Keep your heads up and a sharp lookout for this thrash of society! Carry on

Re: Boat Motor Stolen - BOLO

Just an FYI to all in Tallahassee, David Gibbs was spotted on my road Brookwood again and was doing the same old house to house routine. We were kind enough to notify some friendly TPD officers of ours to locate and remove him. Sure hope this is the last we see of this trash!

Re: Tourney this weekend out of St Theresa?

There is a memorial tourney going on down there this weekend, red, trout, and grouper. I got invited and will be fishing in it as well. I don't think there is anything on the web about it, but she is telling you the truth.

Willis' moogan trout

Day 1, left the lighthouse before light and headed east into a stiff wind. Quickly boated a fat 22'' 4.5lb trout on topwater. Caught and realeased several quality slot trout, numerous blue fish, and lost a good red. Tide fell out pretty bad, but we managed a couple slot reds and released them for ...

Re: 13' Gheenoe Rebuild

coming along pretty good man, fun working on the gheenoes. you should def go with a lower deck due to stability, I had a temporary platform on top of the bow and at times it was a little iffy up there. about to remove the front seat on my 15' for decoys/duck gear or a cooler for fishing. keep up the ...

Re: RTSO makeup date

well if everyone wasn't so scared of the wind and a little wave action we could've had the tourny this past Saturday like it was supposed to. people still went out from aucilla to c-belle area and caught quality fish in the breeze like any other normal day of fishing
