Unless there are specific regulations that apply to grouper, my understanding was that possession=keeping. As long as you release them, you can specifically target grouper just as you can bull reds, Jewfish, tarpon, snook, etc...all of which are either protected or have specific regulations/seasons ...

I like PowerPro...have it on most of my reels. I've tried Spiderwire and Tuf-Line and liked them as well. Anything I spool with mono gets pink Ande Premium.

700 holes? I find that very hard to believe unless you count every little indentation in the bottom as a "hole".

The foodsaver/vacuum sealer is the best method I've found. Freezing the fish in water probably does just as good a job of keeping the fish fresh, but vacuum sealed fish are much easier to stack and store in the freezer, and they thaw much faster. I reuse my foodsaver bags as many times as I can.

I don't know about Iamonia, but I know Miccossukee is back up...almost full in fact. I just hope they don't drain it again. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Iamonia at full pool from all of this rain.
