That was supossed to say I was not seeing a lot of tarpon.

Started out looking fr tarpon. Saw only 2 w in casting range.thru a soft mullet looking bait . no takers. Nointerest. Was seeing a lot of fish so switched gears and went trt. Fishing on the out going tide.Lots of bait and..I worked the schools of bait that wernt be pillaged by ladyfish.Landed 4 nice...

Good report. That's incouraging.w the water being so clear. How was the grass looking?I fished out of bottoms rd Thurs.and the areas that had some grass were looking better than they had the time before.

I had tried that area one time earlier this season e no luck. I used to fishit a lot w some descent success. Been fishing mostly right off of piney island.

Fished most of th e day. Landed 4 keeper trt16-18".lost a couple nice ones.caught and released 1med sp mack. A few ladies.tried for reds at high water slack(noon . Nothing! Trt caught on mirrodine twitch.

I agreew last post. My red fishing is way down from the last 4 yrs.
