Rhett, If you can find a good satellite photo you will see that parts of Lanark are protected by land points Turkey Point and the point where the Carrabelle River goes into the bay and then by two concentric circles of islands and reefs that have the openings that go through them staggered. Rhett, Much of Lanark is more protected than most other places. Usually fishable unless the wind is really ripping (30+). The only time It is really rough is when there is an onshore wind from the west.

Hey Rhett have you had your potassium levels checked? Low potassium causes cramps and it also causes heart problems. Messes with the way the old ticker fires. They would not do surgery on me last year until I got my potassium levels up. Strawberries and baked potatoes have more potassium than banana...
