Are you taking a boat and do you have a gps? If so I can give you some numbers to fish. Other than shrimp it depends on how far west you plan to fish as to what type bait or artificial to use.

It was still overcast but not as bad as saturday. You could see into the water just a little bit. Don't want it too sunny. Topwater is better if it is cloudy. It was a very slow tide which allowed us to work out a area thoroughly. Hope this info helps.

Put in at the Lighthouse and went 5 miles east. The 3 of us boated 65 trout to 20". Fished top,straight and Thunders. All came on Thunder. Sunday 2 of us went back about 2p.m. after the storm passed. This time they took topwater,straight and Thunder. Limited out both days. It does not matter wh...

You can fish from the Lighthouse to Rock Island in 3 feet or less. I do not know about other areas. Haven't tried em yet.

Yup, the trout are back. Judging from the color of them they have been offshore. They are hungry too. Topwater,straight grubs or Equalizers. They're back,they're back they're back. Yippee, hooray.

In the past 12 days we have fished St. Marks River, Econfina River,Wakulla River,Carrabelle River and all the associated surrounding flats and creeks. We have averaged one fish per trip. Toms' numbers are really accurate. If your boat is fast enough you can run that route in one foot of water coming or going with no problem. Going out from Toms' last mark ,line up with the first rack and do not slow down until your bottom machine reads 3 feet or more. Otherwise you will still be wai...

After the 15 keepers had to find out more information. So, 4 of us went back yesterday,Wednesday.Result 24 keepers to 23".Lots' on top water in 10 feet.
