Re: First morning of early youth rifle
Great way to spend the day. Great looking spot you have there!
Re: Argentina
What a cool trip to take with your son. I tried to go on as many trips as I could with my son at that age.

Re: spotting scope or binoculars
I use a pair of Pursuit brand waterproof binos from Bass Pro for duck hunting in my kayak. I initially purchased them because they were the cheapest, waterproof binos I could find, and I figured I would lose them by dropping them overboard anyways. After a full season of complete abuse while duck ...
Re: Cedar Key
Thanks! That was what I was looking for! Hopefully, one of those will work out!
Re: Cedar Key
Thanks! Any recommendations on a rental home?
Re: Cedar Key
Going to have eight of us staying and maybe three or four if we decide to do a charter. Either way, the kayak is coming with me.

We are planning a family trip next month in Cedar Key, bringing family members from several parts of the state as Cedar Key seems to be about the same drive for everyone going. Does anyone have any recommendations on house rentals and possibly an inshore charter captain?

Nice. I have been wanting to give duck hunting and fishing a try there. Did you use a guide/outfitter or self guide? I have heard that it is difficult to determine if you are on private or public land in the marsh.

Re: Looking for a Scenic Ride
Try some one way trips on the Chipola or Dry Creek to Chipola in Jackson County. You may not see another person all day, and that sometimes applies even on weekends.
Re: Help!
I frequently will be in my Native for six to ten hours hunting or fishing. It is a very comfortable boat and seat. I had some old Ocean Kayaks back fifteen years ago and they were really uncomfortable.

Re: Econfina guide
X2 for Bry Martin. When I first started fishing salt water several years ago, I could not catch a red to save my life. Booked a half day charter with Bry and told him I was looking for knowledge more than just catching a fish. He was very patient and taught me things to look for, and even though the ...

Congratulations! Sounds like a blast for both of you!
Re: Help!
It was all scratched up, but that is how it looked before it fell out! It has been all over oyster bars, ramps, and dragged through sand and shells over the past several years. They make a fantastic product. Before I got the call that it had been found, I had already decided that if I had to replace ...
