I have a Bob's (I think 10" setback) with a 200 Yamaha hanging on it. This one is about 10 years old with a good amount of use, and the only complaint I have with it is the UP solenoid sometimes won't turn the hydraulic pump on to raise the motor. I'm sure it is a simple electrical solenoid fix...
