That is a great deal for that area! Wish I could do it! One question though. This is always a problem when I take the boat somewhere like that. Is there boat trailer parking? Many of the condos will not let you put it in parking lot.

Cindy and I launched the boat at 9am with a slight breeze at the landing. Went out the river and the further out we got, the windier it got! Headed out to a spot about 2 miles out of the river and started fishing in an almost gale! Stayed there for about 15 minutes and decided to get out of the wind...

I fish with a 19' Sea Chaser. believe it or not, the bottom of the hull has almost zero scratches!
