That is a great deal for that area! Wish I could do it! One question though. This is always a problem when I take the boat somewhere like that. Is there boat trailer parking? Many of the condos will not let you put it in parking lot.

We caught them right about 5:45, right at the high tide....not on the up or down. Weird.

Cindy and I launched the boat at 9am with a slight breeze at the landing. Went out the river and the further out we got, the windier it got! I fish with a 19' Sea Chaser. believe it or not, the bottom of the hull has almost zero scratches!
I did chip the foot a little once at the rock in the curve.
