He decided he wanted to purchase the boat, so I told him we would carry it to Wavel and let him have a look see.
We arrive, and the gate is closed. Yard is FULL of boats. No one around except for a fellow replacing a windshield, and he told me they were not excepting any more boats. Wavel was at lunch, but arrived shortly after us.
I told him I was sorry, that I didn't know he was taking appointments for service, however I had a sale riding on the boat and explained the situation to him.
Without hesitation, he jumped on it, diagnosed it, and re-calibrated my carbs.
I thanked him, and asked him how much, and he told me to bring him the Dura-Craft for a rockgaurd and we'd call it even. I still slid him a $20 and told him to buy a case of beer after work.
