life changing event

There should be plenty of structure in this bay. :(

I have a friend that lives in Punta Gorda and I get to go down and go Tarpon fishing with him in the Boca Grande Pass. It is a truely great place. Make sure you go to Cabbage Key and put a dollar on the wall (it will make sense when you get there).
Enjoy !!!!!!!!!!! 8)

Fishing is good down there 4 sure. Things to know about the area, besides Cabbage Key location.

1. Learn to throw a cast net if you don't already know how
2. Get a good GPS if you don't already have one, lots of skinny water
3. Get a good map of Pine Island, Captiva, Sanibel
4. Fish are everywhere down there, so are the boats.

Born and raised there. Good fishing out in Burnt Store area you are going to have to get a map of the area but there is good flats that run all along the shore line from Burnt Store all the way to Fisherman's Village. Also like previous said Boca Grande area, look for Bull's Bay on your map. Big Snook at the 41 bridge at night if you have the patience. Tarpon in the morning you will see the schools running through the bridge following the bait. There is so much area down there you can fish just about anywhere.
