20 pushups, 10 situps, 10 curls, 10 military presses, 10 leg curls, 10 leg extensions, clean up the limbs from last nights storm, go swimming after my lure after not checking my knot when fishing from the city park dock :hammer: while waiting till about 5 minutes ago for Progress Energy to figure out that we had a bad arrestor on our pole and that's why no one along Park Ave. had power all morning :o still gave the generator a good work-out for a couple hours though :-D and was able to rib my youngun about only being able to do TWO proper pushups "she's been doing TaeKwonDo for 2 1/2 years" to my 20 :-D :smt004

Amazingly I dragged my sorry azz outta bed and ran another mile this morning. Wasn't too bad I may be finding a groove.

Saw this in the sky this morning....... http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/story/ ... 23,00.html

Pretty cool......

Wondered if the world was coming to an end, wondered if I should keep runnning or not. I mean if the world was coming to an end what's the point of running.

20 situps and 20 pushups got the heart rate up somewhat this morning  I'm gonna just do streches, situps and pushups in the mornings and do the weight in the afternoon :smt004 "the weights are in the house and would wake everyone else up at 5 in the morning" :o
