not every weekend, but most are hard for me to fish. I can plan to go but may get called away on short notice. Would suck for any partner I would have. Start haveing them on Wed. and and I'm all over that.

 All due respect, TallyFly & I will be fishing together in this coming tournament because of our choice to use fly fishing gear. I don't think a "draw" person would appreciate ducking casts all day if they were to be chosen to fish with either of us! 8)

:smt006 Since my fly fishing partner (TallyFly) has been called away to "family business" this weekend, I emailed TinCan to tell him that my 21&1/2 foot Key Largo Bay Boat (The Miss Courtney) is ready to serve in the draw: I, as Capt and erstwhile guide (boat driver) will only fly fish when it does not endanger the on board guests! I am familiar with the Mashes Sands area mainly for redfish and flounder, but those pesky trout are hard for me to find sometimes. :lick:

The 'ole MC holds 65 gallons of fuel, has a 135 Johnson OB, GPS, Depth Recorder, and all the safety features (Marine Radio, too) -but, no trolling motor. She takes the rough seas very well and gets into very shallow water as well. I will welcome anyone that is selected in the draw as I am an equal opportunity fisherman who drifts and anchors where we can find the fish. :lick: Oh yeah, I have never fished one of these tournaments before, so don't hold that against me...I take directions pretty darn well, too.

There will not be a draw for this weekend's tournament. We didn't have enough boats.
What was I supposed to do today?
