you can eat pinfish, the bigger ones make great smoked fish dip. Gut em and scale em and throw em in a smoker. after a couple of hours the meat lifts right off the bones (lots a bones, but when smoked, the meat comes off easy).

I use cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, hot sauce and cajun seasoning. :lick:
