Draft does not matter on that boat. My uncle fishes at Ft.Gaines mainly, not at the flats. You got a good point though. I don't think a true FLATS boat should have anymore than a 115 due to weight. That is my opinion but I dont fish the flats like I used to. My 18ft with a 115 is perfect for shallow water.Reel Cowboy wrote:The 115 would be fine but you'll always want more motor.
