Draft does not matter on that boat. My uncle fishes at Ft.Gaines mainly, not at the flats. You got a good point though. I don't think a true FLATS boat should have anymore than a 115 due to weight. That is my opinion but I dont fish the flats like I used to. My 18ft with a 115 is perfect for shallow water.

Not quite. :D But a keg will get you a fishing trip! I just aint trying to make any money off this piece of junk Mercury. I am going to trade it to the marina in Pensacola for some service work I think. It is my uncle's motor but he just wants me to haul it off.
