Congrats Jason, that's excellent work. I'd ask you where you were fishing, but I'm sure you wouldn't tell the truth. Seriously though, great job

Enjoyed the tournament again this year. I decided to join the Masters Division this year. I caught my first cobia on Saturday. I did not weigh it until Sunday. It took three gaff attempts but I finally threw it over the side. The fish went 42.75. Sunday I tagged and released an undersized fish. Straightened a hook out on what may have been a larger fish than my 42.75. Then my lower unit went out on me, with about three hours of good fishing left in the day. Sure wish I could of had a rematch with the one that straitened out my 6/0 Owner hook. I didn't think I would top my 40 pounder from last year but I was blessed with a beautiful fish. I just wish I could have fished the rest of the day Sunday because they were just turning on when the lower unit locked up. I sure wish their were more Cobia fishing tournaments around these parts!
