Well, me and my buds are gonna try out the RedTrout Shootout on October 23, 2010. So we thought we better practice a little. As usual, the redfish were plentiful, and so were the trout (just not big ones ). Top-water was good all day, beating out soft plastics about 2 to 1. Here are some pics . . .
Maybe one of these coulda been a contender!

Ben, yeah I picked up the Stella at the last RedTrout Banquet auction. Never could afford it otherwise. Hey, you should think about comming to the RedTrout Banquet at Cross Creek (near the office) next Thursday 10/14/2010. I know there will be a couple of custom inshore rods up for auction, and a lot of other fishing and hunting stuff, some of it to be raffled.
