Mannnn. Nice work! Need some mack attack in my life asap.
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~Chuck Clark

Way to slay some spaniards.
To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.

Smoke the fish first. Brine fillets for about two hours and smoke for two and a half.
Pound of fish chopped fine, big bar of cream cheese softened, half cup of mayo, half cup or less each fine chopped onion, green pepper, celery, 2 T horseradish, some cayenne pepper to taste.

I made a double batch from the smoker king caught Wednesday.
