Wevans, how much gas does the Redneck carry? The big trout are plentiful about 100 miles west. :-D

Mako the grunts we refer to as "pink mouths" are pretty good. Not what you target but you can keep a few and they fill in well when your frying fish and feeding a crowd.

Mako,
If your boat has a Mako shark on the side of it I saw you coming back up the river Sunday p.m. Took the family to eat at Riverside. Me and the boy sat on the dock, and counted the boats that passed.

I'm not too proud to eat a grunt or a sea bass. If your catching big grunts you are in grouper terrain. I'll let my daughter catch grunts all day throw in a few grouper and you have some good eats.

Good Job Mako

Some folks call them grunts, others call them "ruby-throats"
it sounds better on the menu. :-D
